We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
Please put a note in the package and attach your order number, name, and contact number. We will check it after receiving this package.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office and the return shipping cost will be made at your own cost.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. If you chose payment online when you placed order, we will refund the amount to your bank card. If you chose cash on delivery when you placed order we'll refund to your Hibobi wallet. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
1. You will get a full refund if your have received a wrong or damaged product or a product that is inconsistent with the description on the Site. (Including COD charge and the original shipping fee)
2. You will get a refund of product amount if you change of mind or ordered by mistake or ordered wrong color or size. (COD charge and the original shipping fee are non-refundable)

3. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, baby supplies, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and blankets).
4. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
5. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with Customer Service first.
6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.

Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
